Question 1

Where is the Inflancer Technology office located?

Accepted Answer

In Gwarko, Lalitpur, Nepal, part of the greater Kathmandu valley. The team works from this office rather than being fully distributed, which is part of why the culture shown on this page — shared festivals, team shoots, everyday work — is a physical, in-person one rather than a purely virtual one.

Question 2

Is this page about hiring, or just company culture?

Accepted Answer

Just culture. This page is a look at what being on the team actually looks like day to day. If you're interested in open roles or how the hiring process works, that information lives on the careers page, not here.

Question 3

Does the team celebrate Nepali festivals together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Festivals like Dashain and Tihar are celebrated as a team, not just observed as holidays — it's one of the recurring moments captured in the photos on this page, alongside everyday work and dedicated team shoots.

Question 4

How big is the team shown on this page?

Accepted Answer

Over 30 people, spanning engineering, design and QA. The photos reflect a team that's large enough to have a real culture and events worth photographing, but still small enough that people across different projects know each other.

Question 5

Is remote work available at Inflancer Technology?

Accepted Answer

The core team works from the Lalitpur office, which shapes a lot of what's shown here — shared space, shared events, in-person collaboration. Specific arrangements for a given role are best confirmed during the hiring process on the careers page rather than assumed from this gallery.

Question 6

Are the people in these photos actual employees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. These are genuine team moments — office days, festival celebrations and organised team shoots — not stock photography or a staged marketing shoot with models standing in for employees.

Question 7

What's it like day to day, outside of festivals and events?

Accepted Answer

Mostly focused engineering, design and QA work punctuated by regular standups and demos, with the kind of informal office moments — shared lunches, casual conversation — that don't show up in a job description but shape whether work is actually enjoyable.

Question 8

Does the office have a particular work culture or style?

Accepted Answer

Direct and collaborative, with teams working closely in shared physical space rather than purely async. The photos on this page are a more honest signal of that than any written description, which is the point of a gallery page like this one.

Question 9

Why does a software company have a page dedicated to office life?

Accepted Answer

Because who you'll actually be working alongside matters, whether you're a prospective hire or a client curious about the team behind a proposal. A page of real photos says more about day-to-day culture than a paragraph of adjectives could.

Question 10

Are client-facing teams based in the same office?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Project managers, engineers and designers who work directly with clients are based in the same Lalitpur office shown on this page — there's no separate client-facing team working from a different location.

Question 11

How often are new photos added to this page?

Accepted Answer

The gallery is updated as new events and milestones happen — festival celebrations, team shoots, notable projects wrapping up — rather than on a fixed schedule. It's meant to reflect the team as it actually is, not a static snapshot from years ago.

Question 12

Is there a dress code or formal office environment?

Accepted Answer

The office environment is casual and engineering-led rather than formally corporate, which is consistent with the relaxed, candid tone of the photos shown here rather than posed corporate headshots.

Question 13

Do interns or new hires appear in these photos?

Accepted Answer

The gallery reflects the team as a whole across tenure, including people who joined more recently, since the events and everyday moments captured here involve everyone in the office rather than only senior staff.

Question 14

Does Inflancer Technology organise team-building activities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, team shoots and shared festival celebrations are organised deliberately, not left to happen on their own. They're treated as a genuine part of keeping a 30-plus person team connected across different projects.

Question 15

Can I visit the office before deciding to work there?

Accepted Answer

That's arranged on a case-by-case basis as part of the hiring process rather than something offered generally through this page — reach out through the careers or contact page to ask about a visit.

Question 16

How does this page relate to the company's values or mission?

Accepted Answer

It's the visual evidence for them rather than a restatement of them. Any company can write a values statement; fewer can show genuine, unposed photos of a team actually living day to day the way they describe.

Question 17

Is the office only engineers, or are other roles represented?

Accepted Answer

The team spans engineering, design, QA and operational roles, and the gallery reflects that mix rather than focusing only on developers — it's a cross-section of everyone who makes up the company, not just the most visible role.

Question 18

What time zone does the Lalitpur office work in?

Accepted Answer

Nepal Standard Time (UTC+5:45). It's a detail that matters more for client-facing scheduling than for this culture page, but it's the time zone the everyday moments shown here actually happen in.

Question 19

Does the company have more than one office location?

Accepted Answer

The team operates from the Gwarko, Lalitpur office shown on this page. If that changes as the company grows to serve clients across Nepal, Australia and the UK, this page is the place that reflects it.

Question 20

Who should look at this page — candidates, clients, or both?

Accepted Answer

Both. Candidates get an honest look at the environment they'd be joining, and clients get a sense of the team actually doing the work behind a proposal — rather than an anonymous company name on a contract.

Real moments, real people.
